Time, tide, clouds and moon wait for no man. Least of all me.
The rambunctious clouds completely interfered in my plans to capture a perfect moonrise shot last evening. I setup with anticipation of capturing the Snow Moon rise over the snow-capped Fairmont Range.
But those darn clouds just drifted nonchalantly along the skyline entirely on their own timetable and with no regard whatsoever for my carefully laid plans.
Meanwhile, although simple courtesy might have caused the moon to pause briefly on my behalf even just for a few minutes, I doubt she even considered it and just carried on rising behind the curtain of clouds.
So I had to make the best of it all as best as I could, despite the universe just doing its own thing, on it’s own schedule, with no thought for me and my plans.
