Typical accuracy is approximately 97%, making it an excellent marketing tool for understanding the size and flow of a home, however it should not be relied upon for architectural, engineering, or legal purposes. The user must confirm all important information and measurements.
Delivered in PDF and JPG format. Includes an accompanying PDF Home Report which provides a summary of key property information.

360 Immersive Virtual Tours
Give viewers an immersive way to explore a property from anywhere. Created using high-quality HDR 360° photography and hosted on Kuula, each tour allows viewers to look around rooms in every direction and experience and engage with the layout and interior spaces.
Simple thumbnail navigation makes it easy to move between rooms and areas of the property.
Virtual tours can be linked directly from an MLS listing or embedded into a website for seamless viewing.
Due to the nature of 360° photography and image stitching, minor alignment or stitching imperfections may occasionally be visible, but every tour is produced to provide a high-quality, realistic and informative presentation of the property.

Site visit and travel expenses to any vehicle-accessible location within the Columbia Valley from Spillimacheen to Canal Flats, BC. Travel to other locations or communities incurs reasonable travel expenses.
Drone Aerial Photography is included in Standard and Premium packages and available as an add-on for the Basic package. Drone operation is always subject to federal regulation and local bylaw requirements, strata bylaws (if applicable), weather conditions and site-specific safety assessment.

These price packages are designed to meet the photography requirements for most residential properties. If you have additional requirements or if you are looking for pricing for a commercial or hospitality industry property please inquire to obtain a custom estimate.

Chris Conway Photography (herein the “Photographer”) Terms of Service
- Client: Unless otherwise stated the “Client” is deemed to be the person who confirms the booking with the photographer.
- Agent or Authorized Representative of Property Owner: Where the booking is confirmed by an authorized agent or representative of the property owner these Terms of Service are deemed to have been accepted by the property owner also.
- HDR: Interior images will typically (at the photographer’s discretion) be High Dynamic Range (HDR) i.e. bracketed exposures merged to capture full tonal range including interior shadows, highlights, and window views.
- Style: The client shall notify the photographer in advance if a specific post-processing style is required otherwise post-processing creative style shall be at the photographer’s discretion. All images shall be individually post-processed for optimum final image result.
- Photoshop: Major image Photoshop editing, virtual staging and removal or replacement of image elements (e.g. sky replacement) are not included unless otherwise stated but may be available at an additional cost (hourly rate) where possible.
- Floorplans: All dimensions and floor areas must be considered approximate and are subject to independent verification by the client. Client will review all floorplans and related documents on delivery and promptly notify Photographer of any errors that require correction.
- Delivery: Proof images shall typically be delivered within 48 hours online unless otherwise stated. Final images will be available for client download within 24 hours of final payment by the client.
- Changes & Adjustments: Price includes one round of minor edits or adjustments to images if required following review of proof images by the client.
- Licence: Price includes a licence for unrestricted non-transferable use by the client. Copyright is retained by the photographer.
- Travel: Travel is included for all road accesible locations between Canal Flats and Spillimacheen BC (the Columbia Valley). Other locations may incur a reasonable travel fee. If additional visits are required travel costs shall be extra.
- Confirmed Booking & Payment: 50% payment to confirm the booking, balance due upon approval of proofs and prior to delivery of download link.
- Security: The Photographer shall use care and attention to leave doors and windows, fittings and fixtures on the property as found however at all times without exception the property owner or agent or authorized representative is solely responsible for ensuring the property is secure, heat, lights, alarm and other fittings and fixtures are set as desired following the photography session.
- Indemnity: The Client, Agent and Owner (as applicable) hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Photographer for any claim arising from the provision of photography services, photographs, floorplans, measurements, and their publication by the Photographer or any other person.
